We are licensed, insured and bonded within the Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania tri-state area. We employ an aggressive approach in conducting and completing all investigations.

We offer an experienced staff who conducts exhaustive investigations with state-of-the-art technology. Each investigator is outfitted with all the necessary equipment to conduct surveillance properly and in a timely fashion. All investigators are college graduates and have had experience with either another investigative firm or law enforcement agency prior to working for Alpha & Omega Investigations. The most frequent compliment received from other companies has been our comprehensive style of reporting coupled with the ability to utilize the budget in a cost-effective manner.

In addition, many staff members have completed the AIC series and the Worker's Compensation Certification courses, which exhibits a distinctive edge when reviewing claim files and communications with the adjusters. This allows the investigator to present an accurate picture of what is necessary to assist in the modification or termination of a claim.
